Lance Stolworthy
DDS
Dr. Stolworthy was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. A self motivated dentist that is first in his family history to take on the profession. His love for dentistry is driven by the ability to help those that are in pain with healing, gentle hands and a caring heart.
Began his higher education by attending Scottsdale Community College, in Scottsdale, AZ. He received his B.S. in Biology in 1988 from Arizona State University. Dr. Stolworthy then moved onto dentisty at the University of Washington in 1992, acheiving class president and honors from the Externship Oral Surgery Program. From 1992 to 1995, Dr. Stolworthy joined the faculty at the University of Washington as an associate professor of Oral Medicine and Restorative Pre-Clinic.
Dr. Stolworthy is married to Lena with four proud children to brag about. Joey, 25, is actively serving our country in the U.S. Marine Corps, stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Tom, 20, is also serving our country in the U.S. Army, stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas. He served in Iraq during wartime conditions for one year. Leah, 19, is attending a two year college in California playing volleyball for the school. Lance, 13, football star, playing defensive end for the 8th grade Chief Kanim Middle School.
He has pursued an interest in cosmetic dentistry that has been supported with certification in porcelain aesthetics, laser dentistry, Invisalign, MDI mini implants, Perio Institute and nearly twenty years of private practice.
