I have been coming to the Tacoma location for many years and have always had the best dental care. (In fact my family has been clients for about 20 years) My last cleaning appointment Nicole unfortunately had left your company and the hygienist who replaced her unfortunately did not have near the experience and after the last cleaning appt., I was so disappointed with my cleaning. I returned today, literally going to give Rainier another shot at what I have come to expect from Rainier Dental. Fortunately for me (and the rest of Tacoma area) Nicole has returned and my expectations were more than met. I hope you are able to keep her around, she is literally the best hygienist I have been to and I am glad she is back... she is an incredible asset to Rainier Dental!

I am thrilled with my experience at Rainier Dental - Bonney Lake with Dr. Bashar and his team. He went above and beyond to construct a beautiful and comfortable fitting set of dentures.
At age 35, I underwent a full extraction and over the past three years struggled through two sets of dentures that neither fit or functioned well at all. They were noticeably fake and I can't describe how badly my confidence and self esteem were affected.
I had all but given up hope on smiling or eating a meal comfortably in public. I decided to see Dr. Bashar and after one visit was excited & hopeful for the first time in years. Dr. Bashar was committed to making me a new set of dentures and what he delivered surpassed all my expectations.

I had my crown replaced by Dr. Bae at the Tacoma Branch. Usually an unpleasant event. However, it was done without any pain, and most importantly it's a perfect fit. In addition, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Nicole, the Hygienist, is one of the best ones I have met. I have been going to this Branch for the past 15 years and would not go anywhere else.

This entire team is fantastic. They are courteous and so kind. Make me feel welcome and comfortable. I grind a lot and the entire staff does everything possible to get me to use my retainer. I have used many dentists over the past 20 years and this office tops them all. If you are tired of using those franchised dentist offices with first year dentists this is the spot to come moving forward.

Met with Dr. Bushar told him what my issues with the dentist are and he instantly put my mind at ease. I recently had to have an extraction with a bone graft done and I have never had such an easy and peaceful trip to the dentist. The whole team was very patient with me and just let me go at my own pace. I would highly recommend Dr. Bushar and his team to anyone.

Wisdom teeth removal & Pregnant with Twins!

I came in at 6 weeks pregnant and super nervous to hear if I needed my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Bashar reassured me that I would be just fine and that I needed to get my OB's approval and come back in my 2nd trimester. Come to find out its TWINS and I was even more anxious about my apt's and X-Rays but again, I was reassured by the staff and Dr. Bashar that they will be just fine and so will I. They got me in quickly for my surgery, I was 17 weeks pregnant and they numbed me with local anesthetic and I was nervous but constantly reassured he was the best at this procedure. I think the hardest part of the whole thing was getting the local because I felt the shot, but after the numbing medicine kicked in, he extracted all four of my wisdom teeth in less than 10 MINUTES! I was so shocked, I felt nothing but a tiny bit of pressure. He was so funny too and I was just amazed about how quickly he performed my procedure. I can't say enough good about him or the staff, I had a great experience and will be referring him to friends and family from now on.

What a decent and great dentist. He is not only knowledgeable and professional. He also has a sence of humor. I have been in many dentist chairs but have never met a Dr like Baher that doesn't make you feel like he is in a hurry and you are just a number. Dr. Bashar is without a doubt the best oral surgeon I have ever had, and I would say he is one of the best in the world! His level of skill, precision, and expertise is unmatched, he is like an artist. Recently I underwent surgery to remove an oral mucocele, and thanks to Dr. Bashar absolute mastery of dentistry, it was an almost painless procedure. I am typing this a day later and I feel as if I did not even have surgery, there was absolutely no pain and I feel like my lip is fully healed only a day after the procedure. I feel better today then I did before the surgery. This is a testament to Dr. Bashar's exceptional excellence in the field of dental science. His skill and expertise has resulted in an absolutely flawless procedure, I am certain that a less skilled doctor would not have been able to perform such an outstanding and flawless procedure.I have been to many oral surgeons in my life, and I have had almost every dental procedure performed. However, never have I been in such capable hands as those of Dr. Bashar. If you need to have any dental procedure performed, you could not possibly make a better choice than Dr. Bashar, he is in my opinion the most gifted and talented dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by, his prices are fair, and his skill is unmatched. 12/10!

When he retired, I tried a couple of dentists who tried to "upgrade" my old filling, only to have to re-do it 3 more times due to further decay under each filling. Also, every filling was not filled correctly and my bite ended up causing constant pain in that tooth. Finally I found Dr. Bashar and he was able to do what needed to be done to fix my tooth once and for all. It has now been two years and my tooth is beautifully matched to my teeth and I have not experienced any pain since. In addition to this, the rest of the staff is extremely competent and friendly.
