I was really scared initially since I have done crowning and my doctor is in India. Doctor gave me confidence to undergo the procedure by easing my tension. He explained us thoroughly. Didn’t have to wait long to get in Very thorough cleaning They didn’t do X-rays which we felt they should what the insurance would have paid for since this was his 6 month check up.

After a double dental implant surgery and bone graft at Rainier Dental, I was in significant pain. I tried to reach the office for several days for help and got no response. I was left in pain and with no options for help. You DO NOT DO THIS TO PATIENTS. There is no emergency number to call and leaving messages or text messages will leave you with no response until regular business hours. A Dental office has an obligation to provide post-surgery care and an emergency line to reach a dentist. Rainier Dental doesn't have an emergency line. Worst experience ever!

My experience was actually very good considering I was having an extraction! Everyone was very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process!

Dentist was professional, but I’ve been going to Rainier Dental for over 8 years and they are constantly getting new dentist. Some are good and some are not, but there are always new ones when I come in for my routine cleaning. The only reason I go back is my hygienist does a great job.

Was able to get in same day for an issue. The Dr was great. Explained everything to me so I would understand what's next. Highly recommend Rainer Dental.
